This series uses archival military-drone-strike footage and reflects on the incommensurate human capacity for evil. The title is a borrowed line by Raul Hilberg, a Jewish American political scientist and historian, from his testimony included in 'Shoah', a documentary film on the Holocaust by French journalist Claude Lanzmann.
